Store your bag in a cool, dry place, sealed and away from light. Do not refrigerate. We recommend brewing within 30 days of roast for optimal flavour. Grind only just before brewing for the freshest result.

We roast to order in small batches and ship immediately. Each delivery is timed so that you receive coffee within its flavour peak - enabling you to experience all the bean has to offer.

For our espresso selection, you can choose between whole beans, ground for espresso, or ground for moka.
