Valle Verde is made up of smallholder farmers whose coffee plots are interwoven with banana trees, pineapples, beans, and free-roaming chickens - a reflection of a truly organic ecosystem. For the people here, organic farming isn’t a certification; it’s a way of life. The same land that grows their coffee also feeds their families, so using chemicals has never made sense.
