NO. 8 is a medium-roasted espresso that brings together richness, sweetness, and balance in one harmonious experience. It’s crafted from the celebrated Bourbon and Kent varieties – two classic cultivars known for producing smooth, full-bodied, and aromatic coffees with natural elegance.
The beans are grown on the lower plots of the farm at an altitude of around 1,500 meters, where the climate and soil provide ideal conditions for slow maturation and deep flavor development. These are hand-picked AA/A-grade beans – the largest and most prized – sourced from small, carefully managed single lots, ensuring both traceability and exceptional quality.
NO. 3 offers a pronounced sweetness with low acidity, resulting in a round and comforting cup. Its structure provides the sweet notes with a counterbalance and depth, keeping the taste dynamic and layered. This is a highly versatile coffee, performing beautifully both as a straight espresso and in milk-based drinks – from a small, intense cortado to a generously sized cappuccino.
