How to brew the perfect moka coffee:

1. Fill the bottom chamber with water up to the safety valve.
   
   

2. Add finely ground moka coffee to the filter basket and level it – don’t tamp.

3. Assemble the pot securely and place it on medium heat.

4. When you hear the gentle bubbling sound, your coffee is nearly ready.
