The Big Joe replaces the standard Comandante knob with a solid oak sphere finished in a natural wax, increasing the diameter to Ø55 mm for smoother, more comfortable grinding on dense roasts or longer sessions. Swapping is tool-free: the built-in push-button mount lets you pull the old knob off and press the new one on in seconds. Made in Germany.
