Sidamo
Etiopien, Omni roast
Notes:
Fruity • Berry • Juicy • Creamy Chocolate
NO. 64 is a sweet and vibrant coffee from Ethiopia’s renowned Sidamo region - a modern expression of clarity, fruit, and balance. It’s crafted to shine both as espresso and as filter, offering versatility without compromise. As an espresso, it presents a lively sweetness and juicy freshness, while in a filter brew, elegant notes of vanilla, cardamom, and ripe fruit come to the surface, creating a smooth and aromatic cup.
The roast style is light and modern, designed to preserve the coffee’s natural sweetness and fruit character. As a clean espresso, it reveals a refined acidity and light body that pair beautifully with milk, adding creamy texture and balance. Brewed as filter, it retains its signature sweetness and spice, delivering a clean, layered, and comforting experience.
This coffee is grown and processed by Daye Bensa, founded by brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo in 2006. The farm in Shantawene Village sits at 1900–2217 meters above sea level, with cherries sourced from nearby smallholder farms reaching up to 2400 meters. All lots are certified organic and produced with deep respect for both people and land. The result is a coffee that captures the essence of Sidamo - bright, sweet, and full of life.
