Grown at Fazenda Dutra, a family-run farm with over 40 years of history, this coffee reflects a deep respect for both people and the planet. The Dutra family employs more than 600 local workers during harvest season, ensuring fair pay and sustainable working conditions. Their commitment to organic cultivation and environmental stewardship makes this farm one of Brazil’s true specialty pioneers.
Roasted to a medium-dark profile, the coffee offers a full-bodied sweetness with a delicate crema and remarkably low bitterness. As a straight espresso or lungo, it’s smooth and clean, revealing layers of hazelnut and chocolate.
