NO. 4 is a sweet, creamy, and full-bodied espresso that captures the essence of our own farm in Tanzania - where we oversee every step from cultivation to processing. This close connection allows us to develop unique coffees and refine every detail of the craft, while also contributing to the growth of the local community.
The beans are grown at 1500 meters above sea level and come from the Bourbon and Kent varieties - known for their rich sweetness and soft acidity. For NO. 4, we select beans with the lowest natural acidity to achieve a smooth and balanced cup. The roast is composed of two profiles: a slightly darker roast for body and depth, and a lighter roast to enhance sweetness and delicate vanilla notes.
The result is an espresso that blends strength with softness - round, chocolatey, and meltingly smooth in milk. It’s a coffee that feels indulgent without being heavy, delivering a silky mouthfeel and long, sweet finish. If you enjoy Super Crema, you’ll fall in love with this one.
