M47 Phoenix is a high-quality and robust coffee grinder that allows you to achieve very consistent grinding results for all brewing methods with minimal effort. However, we primarily recommend it for espresso.

Exclusive, single-dose manual coffee grinder made of stainless steel. High-precision shaft alignment, no adjustment required. Silicone grip for easy handling. Micrometric, stepless, reproducible, and simple grind adjustment.

Lightweight silicone O-ring catch-cup. 47 mm professional conical burrs for fast grinding, Black-Fusion treated. Ball-bearing movement throughout. All plastic parts made of food-safe ABS.

The Kinu M47 Phoenix manual grinder is equipped with Black Fusion–treated and hardened conical burrs (47 / 32 mm), each with four ball bearings. The Kinu M47 Phoenix features a stepless adjustment system with fine threading (M10 x 0.5) and 50 subdivisions. Each subdivision adjusts the burr distance by 0.01 mm.

We primarily recommend using this grinder for espresso and suggest purchasing the additional burr set for filter/pour-over grinding.
