NO. 30 is a dark-roasted espresso with sweetness, depth, and remarkably low bitterness - a powerful yet refined coffee from our farm in Tanzania. It’s crafted for those who enjoy a darker roast, where richness and body take center stage, but without the harshness often found in traditional Southern European styles.

This lot is composed entirely of Peaberry beans - a natural mutation where a single, round bean develops inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two. Peaberries are prized for their density and concentrated flavor, and during roasting, they take on a rich, dark color faster than regular beans. The result is an espresso that looks deep and bold but retains smoothness, balance, and clarity in taste.

In the cup, you’ll find a full-bodied espresso with dark chocolate sweetness and subtle roasted undertones. As a straight shot, it offers strength without bitterness. With milk, the chocolate notes intensify, creating a creamy, indulgent flavor profile. Even as an Americano, it remains powerful and round - rich in flavor yet beautifully smooth.
